I call these Luke Lagers. They are ok. I've had worse and I've had better. They are only 4.2% though. These would be a good all day 12 pack kind of beer while smoking ribs.

Few from the last few days...

Traded some of my old plastic fermenters (turns out i had a lot i didnt use) for a few moonrakers and a Speedway Stout. I'm not mad about it...

The glass in the garage is my hazy after i finally stopped pulling gunk out. I'm digging it. Better mouthfeel and residual sweetness with WLP066 london fog than the last yeast.

Not too often I think a beer is too bitter, this one may be.

Nice, glad you like it. I think I have 1 left. I won’t be drinking it though haha. Green cheek released a colab with Horus yesterday that was a pistachio pastry stout too. I got some cans but I didn’t get a bottle. I just am not a pistachio beer fan at all and wasn’t gonna drop $25 on something I most likely wouldn’t enjoy.

No. Why would I do that? That also implies you’re going to get your beers in the 2 week pickup window

I'm doubling down. Since you don't think I'll make it, I'm trying to give myself more reason to go since you don't even like that beer....

It was a good try. Unfortunately for you though, Victoria does like it so it’ll be for her. It’s probably the one she bought anyways haha. You can ask her if she’ll sell it to you though

@uhplifted this is by far the best west coast IPA I’ve had. I know they are not technically the same category, but this blows Pliny out of the water. I must attempt a clone at this.

Haha gator is fantastic. Can’t wait till you try Member. That’s my personal favorite IPA. Gator is tied for 2nd with Radiant Beauty from the cheek. If you make a gator clone you’ll have to send me some

Edit: I’ve said it before, but Pliny is over hyped. It’s certainly a great beer, but there’s much better IPAs out there that are lesser known.
