    I usually use clamato, Valentina or Tapatio hot sauce (preference really) and some dehydrated shrimp around the rim. Made, of course as required, with a Modelo Especial! If i don't feel like making my own, the tall boy Modelo Chelada hits the spot.

    One of the best hoppy beers I’ve had, no doubt.

    I made a little up and back trip to Asheville today. I was specifically looking for the Zebulon, but I got some bonus finds also.

    Just kegged my Black IPA. Cold but not carbonated yet. Transferred to the keg on top of an ounce each of Centennial and Cascade hops. In a few days I'll drop another ounce of each into the keg...
