    Pretty good. Not nearly dry or bitter enough for a true west coast IPA IMO. A great IPA otherwise.

    Grabbed a bottle of both of these today. This might be the first place to make mead locally in Charlotte, NC. I sampled the BiB at the tap room and it is quite dry, but it is very interesting. The Avogadro’s Trail is a semi-sweet mead but I didn’t get to try it.

    I think I said it felt a little thin, but I enjoyed it. I’d definitely drink it again, preferably not out of a red solo cup next time though. Was probably the frucht I had after I didn’t like as much and gave me instant heartburn lol

    Yeah, I went back to the tape to verify hahaha. The biggest difference between big bruery beers and big BL beers is the mouthfeel. Bruery stuff always seems a bit thin
