    That’s a nice kit. The immersion chiller is a nice thing to have. I would also purchase a banjo or jet outdoor burner. Achieving a rolling boil is so much easier as some stoves take a long time. And look into Homebrewtalk.com. A lot of good info.

    I’m not sure on the dark star. All I know is that you will be upgrading equipment as you progress with the hobby. I hated bottling and went the kegging route rather quickly. As with any other hobby options will vary.
