    Not entirely sure what I was thinking.....

    British Columbia makes some absolutely incredible beers, and with the number of craft breweries within a 30 minute drive, I have no idea why I chose what is arguably the most Redneck beer available here. It is a Labatt's product, which immediately pushes it waaaaay outa the the craft realm...it is mildly flavoured but with an alcohol content that kicks ya hard.

    Might have something to do with the weather, I guess, wanting to drown my sorrows...it freakin' snowed here today. Again. Bloody cold north wind, and the warmest it got was 6C (that'd be 42F for our brothers and sisters south of the 49th). It is #$*%$ April. Yeah, I know, Canada is a 'Northern' country. We've got the Arctic Circle and we are closest to the North Pole (which, BTW confirms Santa Claus as a Canuck) but again, this is April and we are in Vancouver.

    Must have worked. Half a can in and I don't care as much about the new installs waiting to be done on the Taco. And I was brave enough to draw a parallel between the critter on the can and my wife. To my wife. I'm pretty sure I will have to care about THAT fairly soon. I always thought 'cougar' was a compliment. Apparently the artist got the glare right anyway

    Hmm...

    Live and learn.

    I'll save the rest of the two-fer for next week when the temperature is supposed to get up to 21C (70F). Still not summer, but at least I won't succumb to hypothermia lying underneath the truck stringing wires and shaking dried riverbed into my eyes and mouth.
