    Just found this thread. It all looks delicious!
    I drank an American IPA today. I also brew my own beer with Mr. Beer. The second beer is a Surly Dog IPA. Fermented 3 weeks and bottle conditioned for 4 weeks. Kind of like a hoppier Sam Adams. BTW, Sam Adams bottles are great for home brew.

    Pretty good. These were a few weeks old but still very hoppy and balanced. Not a whole lot of alcohol burn like I usually get with big beers. I’ll have a more informed opinion after I finish all 6!
