    Getting drunk on my screened in porch because I love my wife more than she realizes... We ratified a contract on our house today. We are selling because she is going to school a month from now to become a Physician's Assistant. Since we have a ton of equity in this place, I'm going to use the equity to pay for her tuition as well as cover her housing cost since we'll be in separate cities. The proceeds also will pay me back for the money I just put down on the townhouse that I'll live in for the three years while she's away at school. I don't want to leave this place but from a financial standpoint it obviously makes sense.... Enjoying some of the last beers I drink on this porch. So much for a peaceful 5 acres out in the woods and hello suburbia townhouse. Hudson Valley Straylight Sour IPA, Commonwealth Papi Chulo IPA and Vitamin Sea Just Another T shirt IPA. Also had 3 Bells Two Hearted IPAs on the GC earlier.... Every time I drink that beer, I realize how great it is

    They're not "bad", but they definitely dont have the same vibe they used to a few years ago. Could be Patrick Rue selling most of it off, could be pandemic stuff killing business, could be both, who knows. They're definitely not the popular spot they used to be...
