    I made the mistake once of downing a sixer of the Hi-Fi in less than a few hours, thinking that I could treat it like beer. I do not recommend it.

    Agreed! If you can find any of Blaze Brewing sours, grab them as well. Will not be disappointed! Their pasty sours are particularly good, imo.

    I would miss it. I don't need to quit drinking to know that LOL

    I don't care so much about how often I drink as long as it's not interfering with my training (ultra runner and alcohol will cause inflammation) and I'm not drinking more than one on most days.

    Mayo clinic did a study awhile ago where they looked at people who drank moderately (one alcoholic beverage per day) compared to non-drinkers and found out moderate drinkers lived longer and were more free from disease than non-drinkers. In the discussion they talked about drinking moderately vs binge drinking. While drinking 1 drink a day was fine for health, 7 drinks at a time once a week was not haha. It's important to space out the drinking for your liver LOL.

    Like the old saying, everything in moderation. Pretty much anything can be overdone. I'm not trying to sell anyone on the dry January thing. I won't lie, it reassuring to me that it's not difficult. But my long term relationship with beer will resume in February.
