    Different animals… Killians is an American construct. Nothing foreign about it. Murphys was an import, but I believe it fell the way of the localized import that InBev has started. Brewed in XXX and licensed by (the real brewery location).

    A local spot over here Huntington Beach Brewing company makes a brickshot red.
    Pretty decent naughty with some carmelish pretty good carbonation so well balanced.

    Yeah, I don't think I've ever run across Murphy's in the states. I see it frequently in Irish pubs in Europe, where it tends to be my "go to." Had this one in a pub in Paris a few months back...
