    I've been by their brewery in Tadcaster, but they are one of the few breweries I've seen that do not offer tours. Nor does his brother John's. Nor does Crown Royal Distillery. Dicks.

    But they all offer fantastic adult beverages. :D

    Racking day. A chilled sample could be described as thin, crisp, some residual sweetness and some apple flavor left. Will be excellent once carbonated I believe.

    Yup. Zero airlock activity since the racking, so I consolidated into 2 gallons to fill out the carboys & bottled the other 1/2 gallon yesterday. Who knows how it'll end up but it's a fun start.

    Perhaps we have different tastes Timmay.. and not sure got it at an Ale House. It was pretty good just seemed a tad bitter.. I could be wrong though as I had been drinking throughout the day :anonymous: I'll try one again sometime
