i finally decided to try ballast point even though it was so expensive for a pint. For the price, I didn't think it was worth it. If the price was comparable to the rest of the IPAs in our beer store then I would buy it. Now grapefruit sculpin on the other hand was great. When it comes to drinks like that I'm always afraid its gonna be like drinking juice but it was a very pleasant flavor.

Do it!I'm more of a porter and stout brew drinker so i like BP's Dark Seas and Victory At Sea.Try the Sculpin(IPA) and grapefruit Sculpin for sure.

You mentioned stouts a bit back.....now this isn't for everyone I get it but at a local place by me "beer market" .....they have a few hundred beers available and great food. I had a concoction called a chocolate covered raspberry.
    A pint of
80% double chocolate stout....I believe it was from Nitro
    20% raspberry lambic from frambois

    ....it was awesome

In theory.....I'd imagine any chocolate stout and a lambic would taste very similar (in those measurements)
