Nice, beer mail is the best! That Berserker is really awesome, overall Ive been impressed with midnight suns barrel program. Barfly and Arctic Devil from them are solid as well but the one you got is my favorite. Ive had barrel aged Siberian Night but never the regular, let us know if its any good. And whats the details on that boxed one?

Went to Great Basin Brewery yesterday for some lunch and brews. Had this Kaffir lime leaf and basil saison. It is mucho delicious, color and aroma are out of sight!

Interesting how i've had my share of saison's and sour beer's over the year's and it seem's like basil is a new ingredient that's being added to saison's.

I made a tai dish some time ago with coconut milk, lime juice, and red pepper flakes....I remember I had to hunt down some kafirr lime leaves for it and it did add some great flavor.

Basil is a good edition for sure. They did this same brew about a year ago but this one seems to be a little better, more crisp for lack of a better adjective.

My wife just sent me a picture of the beer she got me. It's from a local brewery called Dale Bros. Good stuff.
