I took the pick while it was still cascading. It leveled pretty nicely after the nitro dispersed. It's pretty smooth stuff. I think I actually prefer the CO2 version. Seemed like the nitro mellowed the flavor too much. wasn't as bold tasting

It's pretty awesome. Bold flavored but still smooth finishing. Has a bit of a chocolate flavor to it. you'd never guess it was 8%. once in a while they have it on nitro tap at Ska. That is pretty sic

I'm a big fan of ska beer, that porter and decadent IPA are my favorites for bombers. Saw they have a variant of modus hoperandi called modus mandarina. I really wanna try it

A little pregame before the festivities begin. Very roasty with a hint of sweetness at the back end. This is quickly becoming my favorite American stout.

As a general rule, I don't drink anything but IPA's lol. Splurged on some Ballast Point Dorado DIPA tonight to try it, not to shabby

Wow, Id love to hear what Pale Ales and IPA's you give high ratings to. You are rating the beers objectively of your style preferences and strictly on how well you feel the brewer did for that intended style only right? Thats cool you tried it tho, I used to hate IPA's too but they grew on me. Still dont like the piney bitter bombs tho.
