Don't let the bottle deceive you, this is a 1 week taste test of the latest homebrew batch. Full flavour spectrum, it's indescribably enjoyable. That roasted barley mixed with the aromatic hops is killer.

Brewing beer is easy. Brewing good beer takes a lot of practice.

Keep it simple, change one variable only slightly and you'll get a very different result.

If you are really interested in how to set up an economical brew setup that is relatively easy to operate, let me know. I'll pass along what info I have.

It is less expensive. You can get it down to a dollar a pint if you're efficient and not factoring in time spent.

I'd advise against trying to brew your own "breed of beer." Try to brew the middle of the road for one style of beer. With any luck, the result won't be too drastically different. After a couple dozen batches you can begin to make minor changes. Keep it simple, don't be a dickhead and try to crossbreed tangerines with crab people, just use malt barley and hops and see where that gets you. Go way more mild and boring than you think necessary, the result will be so much stronger and extreme than you could possibly have imagined.
