This was pretty good too and I found it pretty crazy that it's aged in 5 different types of barrels. Rum, Sherry, Bourbon, Brandy and Whiskey.

This tastes just like ole red 92 man. Poured into a glass.
This is really good to if you like pumpkin. Just the right amount of pimpkin with a little spice.

Enjoying this Organic Chocolate Stout from Bison Brewing Co. Wouldn't have picked it myself but it was recommended by the guy at Total Wine so whatevs. It's good, but...light.

Too bad they didn't give samples or have flights!
Had the normal VAS - coffee, vanilla, pretty good! Had it to compare to the others
Peppermint VAS - same but with a hint of peppermint aftertaste
Peanut butter VAS - same but with a nutty creamy taste
Elijah Craig VAS - a little stronger than the normal and tasted good but might be biased since I had three beers before hand

So I am taking a beer class for my final semester and we have to try 33 beers and make a home brew. Ya I know most the above are crap but the cheap ones are just to satisfy the requirements. Once I finish those, I can have enjoyable beers for extra credit.

The requirements for the 33 beers are as follows (if you would like to know)
    • American megabeer. Choose three of the following: Budweiser, Coors Banquet, Coors Extra Gold, Coors Batch 19, Miller High Life, Miller Genuine Draft, Michelob, Pabst Blue Ribbon.
    • Big craft beer. Samuel Adams Boston Lager and Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.
    • New Mexico beer. Four examples of beer brewed in New Mexico, representing at least three different breweries. Be careful to read labels. Sometimes different brands are brewed by the same brewery.
    • Regional beer. Four examples of beer brewed in states bordering New Mexico (Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Oklahoma, Texas). At least three states must be represented.
    • Mexican beer. Four examples of beer brewed in Mexico. No more than two beers from any one brewer.
    • Other New World beer. Four examples of beer brewed in the Western Hemisphere, from countries other than the U. S. A. or Mexico. At least three different countries must be represented.
    • European beer. Four examples of beer brewed in Europe, representing at least three different countries.
    • Africa, Asia, Australia. Four examples of beer brewed in Africa, Asia, or Australia. At least two different continents, and at least three different countries, must be represented. For the purposes of this exercise, New Zealand will be equivalent to Australia.
    • At large. Four beers from any country, including ones already represented. Can all be from the same country. Can include, at most, one mead, and, at most, one cider.
    • While satisfying the geographic requirement, you must try at least twelve ales and at least twelve lagers. Additionally, you must try at least one example each of steam (a.k.a. California common) and lambic. Finally, you will try one example of altbier, kölsch, or cream ale.

That's awesome! I wish had electives like that when I was in college 15 years ago. Maybe I can take it as "continuing Ed"

Yeah its pretty good. It's strong, taste wise. Has a chocolaty smoothness then a bite to it. A lot of flavor like a stout, but much thinner texture..if that makes any sense. Ahaha. It's good.

Your supposed to pour guiness nitro cans into a glass before drinking. No need to transfer the puck since the widget is activated and gas dispersed on opening. Or were you doing it for some other reason?
