    next batch, put a little less sugar in before capping. the sugar in that final stage of it is where the carbonation comes from. Less sugar will put in less carbonation, unless you like it the way it came out. if you are in question of it at all, feel free to send me a sample of your beer, preferably at least 22 ounces and I will gladly give my opinion on it.

    Cease and Desist from Brouwerij De Molen. Russian Imperial Stout originally called Rasputin but some brewery called North Coast had a problem with that. So they changed the name to Disputin. Again...problem. Now it's called Cease and Desist. It's good, but I still prefer Old Rasputin :thumbsup:

    Not sure on percentage. The beer is a Moose Drool clone. It's not bad but as my palate is adjusting, I'm realizing that it is rather sweet.
