Wow, Sierra Nevada Torpedo in Texas...cool. That's pretty good stuff. If you haven't, try the Hoptimum, it is gnarly stuff. Working on some Lagunitas IPA from Petaluma, CA it is prime especially with spicy foods.

Northern Brewer is starting to sell 1 gallon kits. My brother in law didn't have the space to brew in his old apartment but was able to make one gallon batches that turned out pretty good.

I'll track some of that down, thanks for the tip. Can't go wrong trying a new beer.

Hop Stoopid is awesome, but I really like their Little Sumptin Wild and Lagunitas Sucks.

If any of you guys ever get the chance, go to the Lagunitas brewery in Petaluma. It is a really awesome place and their food is amazing! I went last year for my birthday and had a great time.

    Looks good!
I had this one tonight. Pecan Pie Porter caught my eye in the store so I had to try it. It was a very good Porter, but my tongue couldn't detect any pecan or pie flavor at all. I enjoyed the hell out of it, but I guess I was expecting something different.

Rogue Hazelnut Brown Nectar for a sweet nutty beer. I have not come across a Pecan I cared for but that Rogue is delicious.

Cherry chocolate stout from a local brewery, Deep Ellum Brewery. Paired with a home made cherry pie to finish this game.

Glactica is a pretty good double IPA if you like those.
