I think Pivo Pils is too bitter, and I like bitter beers typically. But yeah, buy a single bottle and see what you think.

I really like hoppy pilsners though. I wish there were more out there.

It seems that beers in that region are not very good. Must be why the vodka is pretty good.

I did not try it there were many more beers I wanted try over that one but my wife who is very finicky about flavors loved that one. Since we've been home every time we get a cider she says they don't even come close to how good it was.
Not sure, my brother just grabbed a few things for the non beer drinkers and they both gravitated to that one quickly!
    That's a thing o_O

I used to drink some pretty hefty stuff. And during the winter months, I still will every now and then. But lately I'm pretty boring and just drinking regular lager stuff.

This one in particular gets pretty terrible reviews online for some reason. :notsure: But it was the beer I ordered at a little Italian restaurant on Amsterdam Ave the first time I went to NYC. That trip was borderline religious for me as I'd always dreamt of going to the Big Apple. Anyways, I am at Target yesterday and I just see it sitting there in the beer aisle and I caught all that nostalgia and smiled, and tossed it in the buggy. I like it. Maybe it really sucks, and it's just that memory of sitting there drinking one that makes me like it, who knows?

    This was good.
Nice dark coffee flavor. Nothing overpowering.
    Bit on the bubbly side.
Med. High Alc. Cont. Felt one bottle a little.
    Would drink again without reservation.
