^ Hows that Coffee Imperial on Nitro! That sounds epic. Impressive set up you have there. I don't have the skills to create but just enjoy.

I think it's pretty good, but then again, I might be a little biased. The coffee flavor is a bit muted from aging for a year, but the chocolate is still pretty prevalent. I might add some cold brewed coffee to the keg to spruce it up a bit.

The inspiration came from a New Belgium brew named "Imperial" from a few years back, which my wife fell in love with when she tasted it. The "official" name for my my version is "Mom's Mocha Stout." New Belgium never offered it on nitro, however, so I have that going for me.

The Victory at Sea and the Mocha Marlin are probably my favorite BP brews... Been looking for the Victory lately as well. No luck yet though!

    How was the peppermint victory???

Don't feel bad. . . Any coffee beer needs to be consumed early to enjoy it's beauty. Can you age it? Yes you can but you'll develop other flavors and lose the coffee taste.

Aw hell ya! Such a great beer!

First time I've seen the taps in the fridge. Very nice. I'm about to build one for my son and may steel this idea. Nitro is a nice touch too. Something that's been on my radar for a while
