    Agreed that is a lighter stout. It does have really good flavor but it is lighter in body and alcohol than most Americans are used to. It is right on point for a British stout though. We just like to amp everything up in the US. I'd personally use something like Brooklyn's Black Chocolate stout for it for a little deeper flavor.
    The combo is great though. I'm pairing it with a chocolate bar with raspberry flakes and a Satori cheddar that was washed in a raspberry ale
