A friend of mine is the brewer at Prison City in Auburn NY. He came up with a beer called Puff Puff Shiv... A brown ale with cocoa puffs added to the brite tank - #50 of cocoa puffs!!! This fucker was pure awesomeness. Smelled like a bowl of cereal with great cereal graininess and chocolate flavors. Super cool beer.
He's a great brewer btw. He has an IPA that a magazine rated #1 in America. He also won a silver medal at GABF for another beer.

Massive power outages here. Enjoying this with the soothing sounds of a generator in the background...

Been waiting for months for the right day to open this. Got new tires yesterday and a CMC happening tomorrow. It's a nice warm, sunny day, hammock set up pool side. What could be better... Pineapple Upside-Down Sour by Paradox. Delicious. Opened with my @C4 Fabrication bottle opener of course.

It's very good. I usually manage to grab a few every year.

Took the IPA off C02, it should be carbonated enough.
Took my Gose Keg, added 2 tablespoons lactic, and a container of Tropicana Ruby Red Grapefruit juice.
Yeah, I should have added the juice in secondary, but hey.

Finally cut down the restaurant mat for the bottom of the chest freezer (Maytag 14.8 Cu Ft)

10 gallons of pilsners done lagering, its dry hop time. I will use Premiant in one, maybe Saaz in the other.
    They are Prima Clones,
10 gallon split batch, 1060 OG, PU yeast and German Lager Yeast.

Grand Wagoneer Beer pounder! Where did you find that?

By the way, I know it's called "Founders All Day IPA." I just call it the "Grand Wagoneer Beer" for obvious reasons...

You know what I'm wondering? If Founders has to pay Chrysler for the rights to use an image of a Jeep Grand Wagoneer on it's cans and bottles...

Too poor to list anything interesting.
I'm starting to make flavored carbonated water (think la croix) to help curb my beer craving during the week. So far, a 5 gallon keg only set me back the cost of water + 4 tbsp of flavoring. :woot:
