    No. I have a WSM. It's the large one. So I won't bother with a smoke unless I'm doing 2 briskets or have both racks used

    I bought the smallest WSM. 95% of the time it's good enough for me and the family. If I want to smoke a lot of meat I have to do two batches which gets interesting. Also I get three or four smokes out of one 18lb bag of charcoal:D.

    We love having people over. And I'm glad I got the bigger one, because my parents always want a brisket when I smoke. They pay about $14/pound at their nearby BBQ place. For the cost of 2 pounds there, I can smoke 15lbs at my place.

    I haven't done a brisket yet. I smoke mostly pork and poultry/fish with an occasional tri-tip.

    I actually didn't like BBQ until a buddy of mine (with the big WSM) invited me over for a day of brewing and smoking ribs. The best ribs I'd ever had, so I was hooked. I've decided that I didn't like BBQ due to overuse of sauce. When I smoke I do a little dry rub and people can add sauce when they eat it.

    Anyway I probably average 2-3 smoke sessions a month now... I need to try smoking a brisket, just need to find one small enough to fit into my WSM.
