It's pretty good. It's not the best stout, but you do get the nutella flavor.

It is Gordon Strong's recipe from BYO.
    https://byo.com/stories/issue/item/3497-german-gose-style-profile

So he is using a probiotic capsule for the bacteria, I couldnt find that one, and found something similar.
Note, you are supposed to have it warm for a while so the bacteria can multiply. Due to brew day pressure, I didnt
    get a sufficient sour.

So after tasting, I had to doctor it. So I added 2 tbs lactic acid.
Then I added a full Tropicana 100% Ruby Red Grapefruit juice container.
This wasnt to the secondary, this was to the keg.
It was insanely bright, but the grapefruit has mellowed a bit in the last month.
I would swear the salt and coriander wasnt as detectable, but it is now.

    Awesome. Love it!
My neighborhood brewer did an IPA with 50# of red grapefruit added to the mash. It came out great!

Let me know what you think of that Hostile Intent. I haven't had it yet. Thinking about opening it after I install my bedrack today though

New one for me and Wow. Lifting the glass I got a nose full of fragrance and the taste that follows does not disappoint. That lingering flavor of Thanksgiving pumpkin pie just sneaks up on you.

It's in the fridge. Might bring it with me to the girlfriend's house tomorrow to split. She likes all sorts of sours.

    Had some coffee beers tonight.

So when you say not too sweet do you mean "not as sweet as I thought" or...

I'd honestly pass on that just because it looks like a tooth curler.

I often wonder on what I miss out on due to my perceived look at things. I.e. Book judge cover.
