    None yet.
    Honestly, I was seriously disappointed with it. I'm assuming it was a kettle sour because it was pretty strong in both isovaleric (stinky feet) and butyric (baby vomit) acids. Those are usually produced by other bacteria when Lacto doesn't take over fast enough. First Bottle Logic beer I've had that I didn't like.

    This is a keeper! I like coconut, so it works for me.
    Nothing too sweet. Great smell, great flavor. A very tasty brew indeed.

    So I will make an Old Ale this weekend. Mostly based on Joe Waltons recipe, but not a five hour boil, and I will add some specialty grains to it and black treacle a week into fermentation.

    Now with ~20 lbs of grain, that easily puts me in parti-gyle/second running territory. Then there is the English Ale yeast my sweet stout and mild are sitting on.

    So I am thinking English Porter. I will need some brown/roast/black malt for steeping to get where I need from the old ale runnings to Porter and add some of the treacle to that first, but in the boil. Long brew day.

    2 stouts and possibly 2 IPAs to bottle tonight.
