Let me know what you think.

They want $16 for a six pack at my local store. I passed but if it's good, I'll go for it.

The wife has some kind of bug so as a preventative measure I'm increasing my vitamin C intake.

    Right on. Keep us updated.

Although you're not doing yourself any favors. The beer will be better today than tomorrow. Hop aroma/flavor tend to fade with time. Although in a can it's not as bad. Maybe because UV light doesn't penetrate.

It was sweet but not the sweetest Milk Stout I've had by far. Thick too. The roasted malt flavor is present but not powerful. This one of only a few that I've had that use honey in the process and I've liked them all.

    Recent brews...

    image.jpg

Creme Brûlée smelled really good, but I wasn't really impressed with the beer. It was sweet, but had a good bit of alcohol on th me backend... Especially for only being 10%. Will probably pass next time.

    image.jpg

Had high hopes for the Elysian Split Shot, after seeing/reading the good reviews on their IPA. The milk stout was average at best. Little lighter than I expected for a milk stout too. Probably pass on this one too.

    image.jpg

Sunday Morning Sout was pretty tasty! Good coffee flavor and a nice little bit of heat from the bourbon. Will def buy again. I'd like to do a little blind taste test between this and the KBS, but I only have two KBS bottles left!

And anybody have any input on these Stone stouts?

    image.jpg

Recently saw them at my local shop... The chai one sounds kinda interesting, but I think it said it was a "2015 Odd Year Release"? Any idea what that is?

Bought this for my GF on Friday, who then proceeded to tell me she is on a diet and not drinking... Decided to give it a go - Terrapin Maggie's Peach Farmhouse Ale

Trying to keep an open mind about beers that aren't the color and consistency of motor oil, but this doesn't do it for me! It tastes like they mixed cheap light beer and peach jolly ranchers together.

    RIS is great.

Chai one, I didn't like at all. But I have a friend who raved about it.

    Have not tried the brown.

The magnum of double bastard looks good!
