    It's been sitting in my garage which probably sees 110f easy in the summer and low 40s in the winter. I bet it taste like aluminum can. Anyhow I have six of them!

    I reuse yeast when I can. The advantage is you have a huge amount so the new beer should take off immediately. Ideally you should rack the day you are brewing and not leave it around too long.

    Another option that works fine is to store it. Sanitize a Mason jar, seal tight and refrigerate.

    As mentioned, if dumping into carboy just used try to match color, no pale ale wort after your racked a stout.

    A really good brown with a hoppy finish. Didn't taste much like IPA except for that finish though (which I am ok with).
