Currently drinking a Grapefruit Hefe. Used the juice and zest of 3 grapefruit in the primary and again in the secondary. Added 1/2lb of non fermentable sugar at bottling to up the sweetness (for my wife). Really didn't come out sweet or grapefruity, which is surprising based on how much grapefruit went into it, but it is a nice mello easy drinking hefe with a nice citrus finish...

Got a lime shandy in the secondary right now, bottle it next week. That should do my wife for the summer, going back to floral pale ales after I bottle this one.

Hadn't heard Rodenbach is back to making the Alexander. I have an Alexander glass that's been empty for too long.

Both the Rodenbach and the Cuvee de Jakobins were outstanding. I can take or leave the Brouwerij and the Petrus.

I agree. It's good but not that good. I'd grab some when it's convenient.

I'm gonna try and save sours for last. That kills the palate super fast. I didn't get too hammered last time. Me and my buddy usually try a sip maybe two, trade, and then dump the rest.
