Ever try their Baltic Porter? I love that beer. My favorite from them was the original recipe of Blimey, the English pale ale that made when they first started. Great beer.

Have you heard about all the nonsense the Olney Place is going through with the Town of Barrington government?

    No injuries, 2 broken.

The first was cleaning, transition from emptying out hot PBW or water, then filling with not hot enough liquid. CRACK! It was near the base, carboy gone.

The second was laziness. Brewed, pitched didn't have airlock, stopped it up. Took home, didn't put airlock in. Next morning, didn't rectify. Later that day, BANG! I knew as soon as I heard it what had happened. 5 gallon wort pond in living room (tile floor) lots of mopping, some glass damaged ceiling sheet rock. No casualties except for my self worth.

I use carboy carriers for the glass carboys.

Holy hell! Grenading a carboy sounds like something out of a nightmare. Glad no one was next to it when it blew

10 grams added at heat off. I don't think I had to tweak it.

If not too late, you need to hit Great Lakes and Fatheads in Cleveland. Fathead was exceptional. Every one of their beers was very good or better. All were to style with no flaws.

Shit, I meant to say Baltic Porter. Lol. I'm actually in agreement on the Blimey but we're in the minority I guess.

Um, maybe we should plan it for next year. It's an amazing time.

    Glad you liked it.
I wish they always had their Juice Bomb canned. That is pretty much their signature IPA.

Yeah complete bs how much pain one crooked prick could cause. Especially to a thriving business and a good guy like Seth

    Who did you pour for?
