    Everything I’ve had from these guys has been fantastic. A while back I had a belhaven I believe it was called....it was a Scottish ale....and GOOD. So I figured this would give it a good run for it’s money.

    Brew break! My daughter went to Bierstadt Brewing last night and had their seasonal Doppelbock. Enjoyed it so much, she brought me home a crowler. She's a good kid. Good stuff!!!

    I did not notice the IBU when I bought this beer. It definitely kicks ass but the alcohol is hidden pretty well. Extremely malty.

    They will last longer if refrigerated. Do that immediately.
    Otherwise dont push it past a month or so.

    The other you should always do is check the age on hoppy beers when you buy them. Any hoppy beer within a month of its drink by date should be ignored.
    As should any hoppy beer more than a month old.
