    Okay...so I was just at Los Angeles Ale Works for the last couple of hours for the 1 year anniversary. I had a blast! One of my buddies who's in the Fermentation Fridays group is in charge of the barrel program at the brewery. So I've been able to get tours and barrels tastings before, but today I got another. I love this shit! To be able to try a beer before it's released and before it's ready is a whole different experience.

    Aside from that, here's the walk-in cooler with kegs and cans for days! BTW, today is their first ever can and bottle release. This brewery is in their infancy, but are going strong. Gotta love it!

    Any input on this mini micro brew all in one system? Seems you have to buy separate packs to get the process started? I can’t seem to find how much brew those packs will make?

    I’ve never thought about really getting into brew my own beer because I totally screwed it up many many years ago when I got gifted a HomeKit and I gave up in Lieu of just buying beer. Lol.

    Do not buy that over priced junk. You are going to spend $500 on a system that brews 5 liters which comes out to less than a 12 pack.
