Yeah I'm 'kinda waiting for all the dust to settle and a final finished version to be made available... then I will decide if it's priced right.

I'd get a plug and play unit, even for half of the gains that folks are claiming in the OV Tune thread. Then I'd have both. Maybe pick up a shift sense to reach my final form. Maybe I can hit 12s like that other guy in this thread.

TL;DR—caveat I have a manual, so no issues there...

But with my autos if I am pulling out into traffic and think I will need to accelerate quickly I put it in Manual Sport mode so it starts out in first gear and stays there until I manually shift it. I’ve done this forever.

Just drove my work truck 19 Dodge Ram v6 back to back with my 18 Taco. Holy rat piss the Dodge throttle response is IMMEDIATE. The Taco just does what it wants. Which is think for a while "how can I get the best MPG with this input the user has entered." I want some throttle response like the Dodge damnit. Hate to say it but the Dodge beats the Taco in driveability. It feels way faster and the throttle response is just beautiful.

I don’t recall. I was drunk. One thing I do remember, there was no eye contact so it doesn’t count against me.

Truer words have never been spoken. I have provided many civic and charitable services throughout NM and the entire SE region. I do not discriminate and my Karma is good. yaya

Same issues. It's not the transmission. The last TSB update fixed some of the issue but now it just lags. I believe the last TSB update had something to do with a barometer sensor or something like that. Mine tends to be worse when the weather changes. Dealerships just shrug their shoulders and don't know what the deal is. I love my truck but am starting to hate it because of these issues.
