I mean, just getting something in the same size but all terrain will make a big difference. 265/70 vs 245/75 are essentially the same height and really don't look very different from each other other than a tiny bit of width difference. In that case I'd just get an AT in 245/75 and call it done.

I love this tread . . . . OP starts out providing a detailed list of 6 grand worth of parts for a suspension upgrade fit for serious off roading an asks for advice for tires with a criteria that typically one would not consider for serious off roading. And people are actually trying to give rational advice to an irrational question. Hell if the OP is not going to go off road then lift the truck for looks (just 5100s and a block in the rear) then put on some wimp . . . . uh, SL or P rated tires that have a knobby - but not too knobby tread (you know so they are quiet).

**** something else to make it more confusing: the 16 in tire will have less size options available ****

What was your stock size? I'd like to see these next to a 265/70r16.

These threads might as well just ask, what tire are you currently running? Everyone just chimes in with that anyway.

245/75-16 is my stock size. I almost did 215/85-16s since they are the same physical size of the 245mm LE2s and only weigh 35 lbs (in LT/E) but they were out of stock.

16" is the right size for a Taco.

If I had to pick 1 tire for everything, I'd choose Michelin LTX M/S^2
They are great all around - even great on dirt and snow...

Said that, I have wildpeaks AT3 in SL

They look the part and are much quieter than I expected....
They are a great all around AT tire... they are great in the white stuff...

I might consider the Maxxis Razr when.i look again - if they make a 265-75/16
