The Best My Experience from Overland Tailor Tuning (OTT)

As I'm pretty new member in Tacoma World and I have 2015 Tacoma TRD PRO 6spd, I just started to build my first taco as my daily toy and most ppl agree that taco truck is nice and great truck but unfortunately the truck is underpower if you compare with the weight of the truck.
I start to looking for how to gain more to the engine after change the air filter with K&N filter, so I go change the headers with JBA long tube headers from URD plus they simulation for o2 sensor.
Ater an installation the headers my CEL is on and throw some code for o2 sensor and I just found out the simulation o2 sensor doesn't work for ECU tacoma 2015, they said the tacoma 2015 ECU not easy being fool by simulation o2 sensor. After I post my problem in TW and got some respond from members JustDSM aka Justin willing to help with my problem start beginning explain it to me to fix my problem by tunning the ECU.
Personally I want to thank you so much Justin (OTT) for what you done and beyond to help me and I just can't believe it by tunning the ECU my truck completely in different mode, like you just turn the switch on to the beast mode. Since Justin tuning my truck almost 3 weeks ago, I drove it daily to feel all the different between the stock plus sometimes I let her scream all the way to 6K rev on 5th or 6th gear. Turn out Justin do unbelievable thing all those benefit what he said is completely true no hang rev, gain more power, gain MPG, quick throttle respond and more.The throttle responsive just awesome like you drive sedan despite the weight is 3 times heavy I use pedal commander before tunning but now I don't think so I will need it anymore. I can't wait until I can boosted the engine and can't decided yet between supercharger or pro charger.

@trdquoc I couldn’t agree more! @Boltripper absolutely knocked it out of the park! Got the OTT done today and I am fallin in love with my truck over again! It’s a COMPLETELY different truck now. The “gear searching” as we call it, completely gone! It feels lighter, shifting smoother, and SO much more responsive. They’ve got like 3 “options/settings” to choose from for your ECT OFF/ECT ON: 1) light/mild, 2) mild/medium, 3) medium/spicy as John describe it, and although we test drove the mild/medium setting I ended up opting for the medium/spicy just cause I like that extra responsive pedal and I am thrilled with my choice! This Tune has completely revamped this truck and brought joy in to driving it! Can’t wait to get back on the road now! Thanks so much to @JustDSM and @Boltripper for hitting the nail on the head with this one! 5/5 ⭐️!

 

You will never get wrong with OTT tune but don't stop there until you get boosted OTT has special treatment for our taco and I'm going that direction. Just holla JustDM and he will set you up with good stuff!!
