Which shroud did you go with? Are they the minis ? Those don't look right at all!

Has anyone contacted TRS about their orders yet? I ordered a little later and won't get mine until this weekend, hopefully they make this right.

Those are the Gatling shrouds.... There is a mini version of them which is standard with the h1 and d2s kit. That one is the standard size which I believe costs extra. That fitment looks terrible though! I'm a little concerned as this is the same shroud I ordered :/

Rustoleum Satin Black for me. Painted shrouds and headlights yesterday. Will put everything together tonight.

Question, for the H1 guys.....did you have to modify your dust seal/boot to work with the new bulb?

what i have done for now, and hopefully wont have to change. (its been working good so far) was place the pigtails thru the rubber gasket holes that are on the bulb wires. I slid that gasket all the way down as close as i could to the bulb, and just slid the dust seal over all of it. Its holding nicely and seems to be working here in florida. but only time will tell.

got mine today... everything looks to be good I purchased the normal gatling shrouds (not the mini version) man is that thing huge!!! I may cut it down a little so it doesnt stick so far out from the projector. That really depends on how much room I have to go back though

How exactly do you make the black piece work with the red pieces?

I talked to Matt about my scratched lens. He offered I return it for a replacement or send a new lens. I opted for a new lens since that will be faster.

I had shipping confirmation for the new lens within minutes.

    :)

my replacement came, with a scratched lens, I also have one of their fx-r kits, think the lenses are made of totally different material between the 2. i also have 2 matchbox mini kits, none of those had any scratches either
