Just got mine delivered yesterday, everything seems to be in order. Now all I need is warm weather for the retrofit

Cut it shorter. I had to hack half the gattling when I used it. Or I guess you can just get the mini. It came our pretty good just take your time if you decide on that.

the red/black high beam solenoid wires go through of the rubber boots and then slide into the plastic connector which then plug to the orange/black connector.

Sealing up my headlights as we speak, when I pulled the first out of the oven the projector itself was fogged up, anyone run into that before? Hoping it's not going to be an issue later down the road...

I know im a little late but when you press the two halves together, let the headlight assembly cool down with all of the bulb holes open, dont close up everything. the fogging should go away once everything cools to room temp.

Sorry it took me a while. Was a little hungover this morning....and it's freakin cold as hell here. Here's the mini gatling mounted in my bowl. The shroud is held on w/ 4 screws. Then I've got the white silicone washer behind the projector.

I snipped the connectors off the solenoid wires so I could route them through the small hole below the projector hole. Then I only used one of the lock nuts to tighten everything down.

I used Maverick's idea and pushed the 4 hole grommet up to the bulb and ran the solenoid wires through the other two holes. Dust seal over top.

    Test fit.

Had some troube with getting the lights to work though.

When first hooked everything up I had no low beams but high beams worked. I swapped the orange & blue pins on the harness input (below). Now I've got high beams on in low mode and when I pull for High beams I lose the beam all together. Gonna play with it some more tomorrow.

I've got the headlights sealed up and they're on the truck now. Will get more pics of them tomorrow at lunch.

Need to work on my alignment/rotation. I take it I'll need to modify the h4 adapter plate somehow to allow rotation??

you should be able to get some adjustment outta them. I did, and my rotation looked to be about as off as yours did. I still gotta mess with mine some, tho im considering tearing mine back apart and painting my reflectors.
