I think hes referring to the black plastic ring that attaches to the shroud that you then slide the projector into thus attaching the projector and shroud.

Im using a little JB weld

I think mine was already put together then. all I had to do was use 4 included screws to attach the shroud to the projector.

Yep thats the one! I called TRS and got it all figured out... For mounting the projector its the main large silicone washer the once through the headlight housing the alignment washer, and then last the locking nut!

For mounting the shroud he told me to use silicone glue (DAP Silicone II Glue recommended) which can be fond at most hardware stores! I'll keep you guys posted!

anyone have a side shot of their projectors? They just seem like they stick out and sit way too far forward in the reflector bowl.

You should be able to tighten those without completely taking them apart...

As far as the projector sticking out... I am assuming you went with the mini gatling??? thats why I went with the large one it does stick out a lot but like what was shown in an earlier pic within this thread but I cut it down and now there is NO space where you can see the projector, and the lense doesnt seem really deep in the shroud I'll post pics tonight.

what are you not happy with? I have the full size gatlings and cut them down a little and I think its going to turn out amazing. there is literally no gap behind the shroud and the projector sits more like it would with the mini
