    I'm done for the night. Tomorrow I will go out and try to find a metal cutting blade for the jigsaw and give that a shot. It seems to be really difficult to cut with anything reciprocating because it makes the whole Fender move around...

    A jig saw with a thin metal blade in it works wonders. I should have never bought that other stupid thing from harbor freight.
