Funny, my wife said if I spent more than 800.00 on her ring, she would say no.

    That was 19 years ago.

Pics will come, just not today. They still hang on to it for a few weeks to do the sizing and setting and other stuff, she wont get to see it for a few weeks beyond that.

Yeah, my first one didn’t take either. Going on 19 years next month w the second :D.

Best wishes to you and your betrothed :hattip:

Edit: it was the second for both of us. We ended up eloping. Cost us a couple of tanks of gas, JP plus $200 tip, cabin rental for a couple of nights and a trip up Mt. Washington on the Cog Railway.

We figured why put friends and family through a formal wedding.

It's a good thing my wife doesn't know how much I spend on my projects vs her bling :anonymous:

Update: picked up the thing today, and approved the wax proofs of the band. Now gotta think up a proposal. :goingcrazy:

And I just have to show this somewhere because I thought it was hilarious. Was shopping for a presentation box and ran across this gem of a stock photo:

What a great advertisement. Get rejected with class using our high quality walnut box.
