I could do that assuming it doesn't affect functionality?

Only costly thing I can see is the evacuating and recharging of the AC.

I'll have to look at diagrams to see what all I need.

I need to start figuring out a rear swingout setup.

Maybe once I'm done with my current module in school, I can starting drawing one up on Draftsight.

@Speedytech7 you gonna want the rear fogs? Don't want to accidently toss them out if you can make use of them! It won't be for awhile though.

Per @Blue Canary recommendation, I went ahead and ordered DD SS3 SAE fogs in yellow.

Figured I'd continue progress on the LC versus putting shit in storage like I used to :luvya:

Seeing as how it's the same as the oil we use in our diffs, I may be going Lucas like I have before.

Still have plenty left as it's what I used in the Tacoma and 4Runner.

    What are you running?

I've been running 75w90 Valvoline syn with LS additive in the diffs and TC. Same liquid for all three. I was wondering if you used something like 75w140 in the TC since it doesn't use LSD, Locker, or Open Diff.

I was able to talk to the previous-previous owner as he's a member on here.

Baseline maintenance was all done, and between me and the guy he sold it to, had only about 1k miles on the odometer added.

Once we settle into the new place, I'll be knocking out some other maintenance.

Low pressure power steering lines need replacing, as well as several vacuum lines. I also need to figure out all I need for a factory battery tray. I'm guessing it was removed in order to fit the large AGM battery it has in it right now?

On another note, I got an email stating the backorder status on my suspension order; shocking :jerkoff:

Sent an email to cancel my order.

So, knowing I'm sticking with stock height...I'm unsure what shocks I want to try out. Looking to go with 10" traveling shocks both front and rear.

I ordered some OEM shock bolts, in case the stock ones break when I undo the shocks during my coil install.

Bushings on the radius arms look nearly brand new so that's one less thing to worry about.

I still need to replace the steering damper; been sitting new in box for awhile now.

Slow day, so decided to do a thing before we head out to the movies.

I went ahead and installed my new steering wheel wrap.

I've never actually bought a steering wheel cover for any car I've ever owned. Those that have covers were because the previous owner had put it on. Most times I toss them right away, except this time around.

    20220403_143103.jpg

@xtremewlr must've burned his eyes out cause he was quick to link me the one he used after posting my interior

I knew it'd be a tedious job, but I said fuck it.

An hour later and it's now installed.

    20220403_172522.jpg

As you can see, I had a really good start as I started at the 7 o'clock position.

Things went well for quite awhile until two things; I ran out of thread (for my pre-cut length) and I guess I wasn't perfectly centered as far as the overlap went.

It's much more apparent at the 3 o'clock position and spoke, but I'm still happy with the overall look.

So if you've got patience, time to kill, and a steady hand, then I highly suggest doing a wrap!

    I forgot to mention!

The notebook you got me came in clutch right away as I needed to take measurements of all our windows at the new house.

Also took measurements for what would be a new backsplash for our kitchen.

    20220329_132522.jpg

Not to mention storage cabinets that'll be needed in the garage.

That BFH is looking classy as hell though!

    I did!

It's one of those DIY Amazon kits from China. Comes with thin double sided tape, a blunt sewing needle, and thread.

Really easy, just tedious trying to get the thing perfectly centered.

I thought I wouldn't have either, but once you get a corner started and tied correctly, the sewing/stitching is pretty easy.

    And thanks!

@eon_blue and @BartMaster1234 are waiting for me to give them the go ahead and invite them over
