I'd try to do it, they took in a considerable amount of grease for the rear ones. Took a couple of pumps each.

Should not have looked at your build. I just followed up with Satin and my bumper is still a little ways off. Can't wait.

Got my frame plates finally! Completely free of charge! Didn't even have to pay for the material
Precision Machinery and Tooling is the best! I got to watch their new hardinge 6 axis lathe in action today too.
Now... If i'll ever get my beefed sliders :(

Just holding it up to the frame, looks like everything lines up fine. Gotta remove two bolts and then I can do a full fit up.

Where did you get the from plates from or do you have a CAD file to have them cut?
    Thanks,

No, with my wheels, there is plenty of clearance. But I also wish it could rotate a little more out of the way. with the stock wheels and tires it was a little close, and I think the tire rubbed the resi once at full flex before I changed to the countersteers.

Yeah, with the pipe elbow in the way, the resi has to be a rotated out a little. I'll snap a few pics of mine. Finally installing the lift huh? Dakars look good

For some reason, with the res facing the bump plate, it allowed for the most clearance. Didn't have time to wash. Don't mind the dirt...
    Passenger side, resi facing rearward.
    IMG_1058 (768x1024).jpg
    Driver side. Res facing forward.
    IMG_1059 (768x1024).jpg

I don't like that the passenger side faces rearward. I had visions of it rubbing the tire, rotating forward and breaking  But it hasn't moved at all. The resi hits the bucket before the elbow does.

Pshh. No problem. Actually, I have only been cutting alum, brass and Delrin so far. Making some custom center caps for Rick...
    IMG_1061 (800x600).jpg
Had to make a spud since the delrin disks are too big for my tiny chuck
