So I've been having this loud knock once in awhile and I determined it to be the UCA shifting when braking hard or turning. So upon inspection I saw that the washers and sleeves were pretty worn. Normally these shouldn't wear because they aren't supposed to move. Awhile back tho, my long UCA bolt came a little loose, and that's when it probably got worn. Also there was some of the Teflon liner hanging out of the uniball. Anyway, @1uzrnr Got me a total chaos UCA rebuild kit very quickly and I was able to press out the uniballs, and seal the old sleeves and washers. No squeaks or creaks, and it feels great.

    A little worn...

    Done! And I'm dead...

Got my @KB Voodoo bed rack today! Very impressed with it. Only $60 to ship it to Hawaii. I haven't installed it yet, but this is just a quick first impressions.

    Solid Powdercoating.

I planned on using my own aluminum slot nuts, and I think with the knobs loosened, the rack will be able to slide back and forth using these.

All assembled. It's a little too wide to fit in the forward part of the bed with my softopper, but I think it will work at the rear if I move my softopper rail clamps a little. I'll probably rattle can the bolt heads.

Great product, and very good price. I'll post more pics when I get it installed. I love my softopper, but I am contemplating removing it just so I can use this. I'll put the topper back on for the camping trips.

Yeah, I saw that. I'll probably end up with stock bushings until I sell enough beads or some of my knives to throw down for a total chaos +2 long travel kit

yeah i just ordered my lower control arm assembly with cam bolt and sleeves. They are seized so I didn't want to deal with all crap that to press it out.
