    Thanks guys!
Certainly taking my time and trying to do it right. My first SAS, the guys in the Solid Axle BS thread and some of the other SAS builds here have been a great help, and I wouldn't even be attempting it without the local help and experience from @1uzrnr

Great play by play on your SAS!! I haven't seen many threads with as many pictures as yours. Ill be interested in how you get all the electronics working again... Granted I figured Id lose ABS, ATRAC, and traction control. Kinda sucks having 3 warning lights on all the time on my dash.

Thanks! Yeah, it's my first solid axle conversion, so I want to document everything. It's a lot more work than I had anticipated, even after reading a lot of SAS threads, and the BS thread. So I wanted other people who are considering SAS to realize how much work it is to do it right, or what I think is right.
When I finally do get to the electronics, I'll probably just pull the bulbs from the dash :D I got air locker in the front axle and manual t case, so I could probably pull the abs anyway.

That's actually what I did last summer. Pulled the plugs off the sensors and did the worm gear sensor on my fj case then pulled the leds from the cluster. No lights on my dash.

What have you done to your truck lately
Easy, take off two screws cluster trim and pull that off then there like 4 10mm bolts holding the cluster of gauges remove that then unplug the cluster wire harness, take off plastic clear cover off, take off the your needles off the gauges then you can that white plastic piece off then you'll get to the LED's. Unsolder them or pull it off with a needle nose pliers.:D

I'll keep the name for now. I should stop making my screen names after the vehicles I drive. Hahaha!

I had Jesse order me some beefy Ruff Stuff side mount shock brackets for the axle. Having the shock mount sideways will be easier on the eye when flexing. Also has a beefy skidplate with drain holes.

It turns out the PSC pump I got has the correct bolt pattern to mount right to the engine block, but the width is slightly narrower than the factory pump. I had to make some spacers to get it to mount correctly, and to keep the pulley inline with everything else.
    IMG_0505.jpg
Can see the spacers I made resting on top of the body. I machined them a few thousandths oversized, then hand lapped them to size on the granite block.
    IMG_0506.jpg

    IMG_0507.jpg

After I took these pics, I rotated the pump 90 degrees so the return port points up.
