Big thanks to Marc @wisDOMination for all the hard work fitting up and welding my exhaust system. Super happy with how it came out.

Still need to add some more hangers and also a turboflex coupling in Y pipe. One of the V band flanges is a little off, so there is stress on it when it clamps closed. A little bit of give will keep things from cracking.
Hit up Marc if you want some sick welding done. He also makes awesome sliders

You could have at least climbed the curb to flex for us.. Mall rated for sure!

All the little details and quality craftsmanship make your build a cut above the rest. Part of me doesn't even want it to get dirty, but all the other voices in my head can't wait to see you beat the shit outta this truck.

I didn't like that the Baja Designs S2 pro reverse lights didn't come with a gasket of some kind, so I made my own out of thin rubber.

Its mild though....any lower in the rear and I would have to do a frame c-notch...no Bueno (for me anyways) but it definitely looks better then the stock stance

So because of the way I sealed my T-case to the underside of my body, the breather would have been in the cab. Gear oil smells terrible, so I plugged it up and used the hole for the neutral sensor to be my breather. The problem is it's right inline with the chain to drive the front axle. So when I took the truck for a test drive in the sand and engaged 4wd, I puked out a bunch of gear oil. I wasn't running a tube yet, but I thought a splash shield might be needed. The top of my plug was marked, and the opening is at the bottom. Also gonna run a larger ID tube to the breather so any oil should run back to the T case.
    IMG_2937.jpg IMG_2938.jpg IMG_2939.jpg IMG_2998.jpg

Also, I didn't have a way to accurately bend the 1/2" solid stainless steel hangers, and we wanted a little more contact between the hanger and tubing, so I decided to write a program to cope the round bar to the pipe OD. Worked out well and looks pretty damn clean.
    IMG_2935.jpg IMG_2951.jpg
About 15 minutes run time, pretty conservative cut. Material and cutter are cool to the touch when finished.

Also, turboflex couplings are in. Gives the system some much needed flexibility.
