    So I sharpened the pencil to see where I am on this chart. 350hp is approximately 415m3/hr. Maybe as high as 460 if we consider crank hp. Pressure ratio is 1.8-2.0 depending on how much vacuum is behind the rotors...

    So I’m looking at somewhere around 56-58% efficiency. This isn’t that far off the maximum of 62%. Therefore, I assume the lower efficiency is probably a small factor in my torque drop off, and intake restrictions are the biggest factor.

    If I'm reading correctly stock trd hp tops out at 230ish. Seems kinda low.

    @White lightning boosted I am friends with a guy who got not much more than 250 and it was a much cooler day out.... I tried to find a chart that keeps the ambient conditions the same as when I did my dyno.

    Thats awesome, thanks for putting that together. Just to make it a bit busier, could you post a version with a stock engine on there? What I'm surprised at is the low end torque on the URD kit being comparable to the TRD charger, I would have thought that the rotrex blower wouldn't be as strong down low

    Edmonton is 2100ft I believe, the chart that I got the stock TRD SC from didn't have elevation info... the URD ones I'd have to guess are 450ft based on their shop location.

    I am starting to wonder if there was something weird with the Stock TRD Supercharged data I used - seemed like the conditions were the same but maybe they weren't.

    I think you're torque is where you need it. I'm surprised it doesn't taper off more at the top end.

    I don't think so, all water/meth is doing is allowing a little extra timing to be added in. The effect of that would be close to not noticeable. I think a 2.0" pulley combined with all the other breather and exhaust mods are making the difference.

    I concur. Having a pulley that small is a big jump even from a 2.5.
