    Awesome!

    It's alive!

He just needs to add some flavor to his commentary and he'll be at Derek's (youtube) level.

I’m impressed with this guy. I would’ve been overwhelmed very easily with this project. What’s not to like about a dude just getting after it and hammering beers in the meantime… lol I did notice, he’s got a wide range of taste in music and beer.

The interior isnt that bad. Newer vehicles tend to clean up nicely as long as its not scratched to hell. Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Tesla, Mini and some Ford carpets absolutely suck because they don't clean easily. On the other hand, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Land Rover carpets are easy to clean but the interior is a pain in the ass to take apart

Premium brand vehicles use higher quality materials, hence the better quality carpet. This build has moved along rather quickly and I'm anxiously awaiting the next video in the series.

Insane to see a 2018 model that is that neglected. Not even 4 years old and it looks like it could have seen 25 years of hard use. Personally, I wouldn’t have even thought about buying something like that. That thing will likely have an array of on-going issues that will never be properly fixed. Cool videos nonetheless.

    A few.
I would be interested to know why the previous owner would put that type of money into all those expensive mods and then treat the truck like that.

Oh, and I think were gonna need a bigger Shop Vac.

you can “treat a truck like a truck” and not trash the interior.

There was a layer of cat litter and what looked like almonds on the floor, random garbage strewn throughout the cab. The bed was also full of trash, the kind of trash you would normally throw into a garbage can after using what ever product was in the packaging.

I would have been scared to clean the interior of that truck, as I would think there would have been used syringes mixed in with the rest of that mess.

no sane person treats their truck like a garbage dumpster.

even the contractors i know who beat up their truck with daily use will vacuum every once in a while.

I've seen trucks treated like trucks and none of them looked like that. That's treating your truck like a hoarder house

Yeah, That was bad. I wonder how many times that thing has been airborne. Also, you don’t get to smell how bad it is through the magic of YouTube.

Very nice. Going from 1k to 20k views on his videos. This is a nice project that creates good content. He will come out way ahead with this.

Wish I had the time and space to do something like this as I'm sure it would be fun.

    AWESOME!!!!

Love the fact that this guy did this and saved a truck from the cruel hands of a giant D...Bag

At 17k in, I doubt he has more than another 8k to spend to get to excellent running condition. So all in 25k or less plus his time. And he got a truck with easily over 12k of upgrades.

You must have completely missed the part where they used a rake to clean it out.
Treating it like a truck is not the same as treating it like a dumpster.
