@Dometic Can you re-use your existing CFX slides and/or covers with the new CFX3, if the size is the same, such as the 75 models? Thanks!

 

Also @Dometic how does the compressor of the CFX 75 special edition (with it's 15% improvement over the not so special one) compare to the new CFX3 75?

 

As long as you don't change to a dramatically different size in the CFX3 line your current slide will work. It should fit in the tray you have without an issue.

Not sure where the 15% improvement number came from as the only difference between the standard and special edition was color. The main improvements relative to the CFX3 line are related to electronics (display, monitoring, and efficiency), strength of the exterior, etc.

Thanks for the info, that's good to know on the slide and cover. I'd be upgrading from CFX to CFX3 same size.

That's great! I'd be curious to hear about how like the energy consumption tracking via the app and how what type of battery you're using to power the cooler (after you get back of course).
