Hey y’all, I just got my Dometic CFX5 55IM set up in my truck. However the app doesn’t show the history. I’ve read in a few places since Dometic updated the app. It doesn’t show the history anymore for any coolers. Customer service is not very helpful either.

I’m just curious if anyone’s out there using the CFX5 coolers and the history status shows up in the app. And if not, what did you do to get it working?

I've got the CFX3 55IM and I don't use the app anymore really. In fact I had to reconnect the new app to my cooler.

History still shows up for Hour, Day, or Week. But I have the 3, not the 5. I've pretty much set and forget mine.

I honestly hate using the Dometic app. I really wish that there was just a wired solution so I could (A) verify it was running and (B) check the temp from the driver's seat without having to fiddle around with my phone. (Ditto for my Ecoflow.)
