I reached out to the chat support because I had the same problem as @TacoMi on 6/18/24 where the display would only show a QR code. @Dometic 's response on 6/19/24 was pdf instructions that said to use the 619 config app. I tried and, like others, got nowhere. It kept returning an error "Scanning Connection failed! Please check your connection and try again." It didn't matter whether I scanned the QR code on the display, under the lid, or under the cooler. Dometic support said "The 619 config App should no longer be used. You should be using the Dometic Mobile Cooling App."

Any update here? I tried using the mobile cooling app and nothing. It needs to be paired beforehand and it won’t see the device if it’s stuck on the QR code sc
