The dreaded knock sensor wire chewed off

Hello all,
2015 PreRunner all stock.
One morning I got the check engine and trac off light. It thru the P0333 code = bank #2 high voltage. Drove it with no 6th gear and then it went into limp mode. Ordered up gaskets and knock sensor harness. Took the intakes off along with the coolant tube. Routed the new harness as needed. I used the 2006 to 2015 version wire harness. The harness removed was 2012 to 2015 version with smaller guage wires. The new harness had a different wire color then the chewed up installed harness. But, the pin out was the same for the "banks"
Put everything back together and started it up.
During its first start, the engine seems to have picked a a knock or a tap and sound louder on the left head assy. It never had this sound before. The knocking is there from idle all the way up to around 1500rpm. At 2000rpm, it sounds normal. Video attached of the sound.
I'm confused on where this knock came from. Check engine lights have been cleared.

 

Did you bother to wrap the wires in that hard to reach area with the Honda anti chew tape?

 

Yes, and sprayed with rodent repellent.
