I know this is an older thread, but I just got this code. I swapped spark plugs. Same thing. I assume coil pack as well. Upon looking closer my PCV valve is above this coil pack and its covered in oil, then I noticed my valve cover around the coil pack was coated in oil as well. I think my PCV was leaking oil and fouled my coil pack. Gonna replace them both to see what happens. Also yes Rock Auto's Denso coil pack is way cheaper than the stealership.
